Dosa With Bajra Flour
Millet Flour Dosa is a quick dosa made with millet flour. Millet Flour Dosa is simple to make and comes with step-by-step instructions.
Ingredients
- Half a Cup millet flour
- 1 small onion, finely chopped 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1 tablespoon curry leaves
- 1 finely chopped small green chilli
- 3/4 to 1 cup water, oil to taste, salt to Taste
Instructions to Prepare Dosa With Bajra Flour
- In a mixing bowl, combine millet flour, rice flour, onion, curry leaves, chilli, and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly. Then, gradually add water.
- Whisk it thoroughly to remove any lumps. It should be runny enough that the batter spreads on its own as we pour it. The batter is now ready.
- Heat a dosa tawa and pour a ladle full of batter first in the outer circle, then in the centre to fill the uncovered areas, as we do for rava dosa. Cook on medium heat. The dosa should be thin, so don't pour over or we'll end up with thick Dosas.
-
Drizzle with oil and cook until the top appears to be cooked. Fold and serve immediately.

Your Millet Flour Dosa is complete! Serve with idli podi or your favourite chutney.
