Recipe of Goat Liver:
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of Liver of Goat , cleaned and sliced
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
- Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
- Add the sliced goat liver to the pan and mix well.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the liver is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan bread
