Dawaat Basmati Rice Traditionally prepared Basmati Rice is a kind of lengthy grain rice filled in the fruitful terrains of the Himalayan locale of India. It is viewed as a superior quality rice and is utilized in various conventional Indian dishes, like biryani, pulao, and rice pudding. This long-grain rice is of the highest quality.

Ingredients
2 cups of basmati rice
2 tablespoons of ghee or oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 inch piece of cinnamon stick
2 green cardamoms
2 dark peppercorns
2 cloves
1 sound leaf
1 cup of hacked onions
Salt to taste
4 cups of water

Basmati Rice Recipe

  • Wash the basmati rice in a strainer until the water runs clear.
  • In a pot, heat the ghee or oil over medium intensity. Add the garlic and broil until fragrant, around 30 seconds.
  • Add the cinnamon, cardamoms, peppercorns, cloves, and inlet leaf and sear for an additional 30 seconds.
  • Add the hacked onions and sear until they are brilliant brown, around 5 minutes.
  • Add the basmati rice and sear for 2 minutes, mixing incidentally, until the rice is very much covered with the flavors and ghee.
  • Add salt to taste and mix well.
  • Add 4 cups of water and heat to the point of boiling. Diminish intensity to low and cover the pot. Cook for 18-20 minutes or until the water is completely assimilated and the rice is delicate.
  • Cushion the rice with a fork and present with your number one dish.
